Bid is submitted and reviewed with the client. Revisions made as needed.

Pre-Construction & Approvals
The contract is signed, and the project officially enters pre-construction.
EBM coordinates with architects, engineers, and consultants if required.
We initiate communication with the city, county, or state agencies.
All necessary construction documents are prepared for permitting.

Permit Acquisition & Code Compliance
EBM submits all permit applications on behalf of the client.
We handle any required plan reviews — zoning, fire, health, or ADA compliance.
Our team ensures all work meets local, state, and federal building codes.
Final permits are approved and posted onsite before construction begins.
Step 5
Project Mobilization & Site Prep
The jobsite is secured, temporary facilities are set up, and the safety plan is implemented.
Materials are ordered, trades are scheduled, and the construction kickoff begins.

Active Construction & Project Management
EBM manages day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and inspections.
We hold regular site meetings, quality control checks, and milestone reviews.
Transparent communication with the client continues throughout the entire build.
Step 7
Inspections & Coordination with Authorities
All required inspections are scheduled and passed.
We coordinate closely with inspectors, code enforcement, and healthcare regulators where applicable.
Any required modifications are handled swiftly to avoid delays.
Step 6
Project Completion & Turnover
Final walk-through with client and punch list completion.
Delivery of project closeout documents: warranties, manuals, permits, and compliance records.
Space is turned over, ready for occupancy, licensing, or operation.
