Permit Acquisition & Code Compliance
EBM submits all permit applications on behalf of the client.

Final permits approved and posted onsite before construction begins.
Project Mobilization & Site Prep
Jobsite is secured, temporary facilities set up, safety plan implemented.
Materials are ordered, trades are scheduled, and construction kickoff begins.
Active Construction & Project Management
EBM manages day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and inspections.
We hold regular site meetings, quality control checks, and milestone reviews.

Inspections & Coordination with Authorities
All required inspections are scheduled and passed.
We coordinate closely with inspectors, code enforcement, and healthcare regulators (if applicable).

Project Completion & Turnover
