The Pearl of Naperville
EBM completed interior renovations designed to improve resident comfort and staff efficiency. The project included upgraded flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, and nurse station enhancements while maintaining safe operations throughout construction.

Medical Care Facility
Pleasant View – Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility
Converting an existing auditorium, EBM built out this space in Owosso, Michigan, to be operated by Concerto Renal Services. The clinic consists of 6 treatment stations sustained by a portable R.O. machine setup.

Healthcare Center
Tower Hill Healthcare Center
EBM completed a major capital improvement project at the Tower Hill Healthcare Center. The scope of work included the renovation of hallways, patient rooms, common areas, and exterior roof repairs. In addition, a 6-station dialysis clinic was also constructed in the facility to serve its patients.

Chestnut Rehab and Nursing
Chestnut Rehab and Nursing in Sunset Hills, Missouri, opted to convert an underutilized dining room to accommodate this 6-station dialysis clinic, served by a central water treatment room. EBM, Inc. built this space out for the use of Concerto Renal Services.

Heart 4 Kids
Fill a Heart 4 Kids
EBM was trusted to build out Fill a Heart 4 Kids’ new headquarters in Market Square, Lake Forest. The 2-story, ~3,000 square foot space was converted from an old butcher shop to a clean, creative space where FAH4K can continue to support local youths. Bella Terra Lombard
Inside Legacy Healthcare’s Bella Terra Lombard skilled nursing facility lies this newly built dialysis den. EBM built this space to be operated by DaVita, and it features 6 stations serviced by portable R.O. machines.

Rehab & Nursing
Blue Circle Rehab and Nursing
EBM was able to retrofit a new dialysis den inside the Blue Circle Rehab and Nursing facility. The 700 sq. ft. space was made to look like it was always there, seamlessly integrated into the building’s existing interior style. It features 5 stations sustained by a portable R.O. layout.

For Children
Illinois Action for Children
EBM completed a full-suite build-out for the Illinois Action for Children organization, facilitating their move from their former ~8,000 sq. ft. space to this new 16,500 sq. ft. unit in 2019.
