Our History
Expert Building Maintenance, Inc. was started by Henryk Pach in October of 2001 as a sweaty, power washing startup. The practice constantly evolved over the next few years, and eventually EBM, Inc., found itself in its second form; as a professional building maintenance company. Today, Expert Building Maintenance is proud to have developed into a fully fledged general contracting firm, servicing the greater Chicagoland area. EBM has seen a considerable amount of growth within the last few years, and is proud to be continually embarking on bigger and better projects while also remaining close to its roots in building maintenance. Having garnered 20 years of building maintenance and construction experience in the Chicagoland area, EBM Inc. is well-versed, and ready to take on your project.

Henryk Pach
Having immigrated to the United States while still young, EBM, Inc.’s founder started out in the states as a night custodian. Henryk balanced being a full time student at National Louis University with his work life. He then went on to work as a parking manager at a place that became one of Expert Building Maintenance Inc.’s first power washing clients. To this day, EBM, Inc. sustains active relationships that date back to 2001 with organizations that have evolved from power washing clients, to building maintenance and finally construction clients. This a true testament to Expert Building Maintenance, Inc.’s reliability, quality, and growth.
