Complete Care at Ridgewood – Nursing Home Wing Renovation

Expert Building Maintenance completed a full nursing home wing renovation at Complete Care at Ridgewood in Racine, Wisconsin. This project included 27 resident rooms, corridor upgrades, a custom nurses' station, custom millwork, two renovated lounge areas, dining room renovations, a full physical therapy room renovation, and a renovated PT shower room and bathroom.

Throughout the wing, our work included new flooring, wallpaper, wall protection, handrails, door protectors, updated finishes, and detailed millwork installation. The project was completed with a strong focus on durability, resident safety, and creating a cleaner, more comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

The physical therapy room was completely transformed with new flooring, custom cabinets, shades and cornices, a new drop ceiling, updated lighting, and fresh finishes throughout. We also fully renovated the PT shower room and bathroom to create a more functional and accessible space for patient care.
