Illinois Action for Children – Office Buildout & Tenant Improvement

Expert Building Maintenance completed a 16,000-square-foot office buildout and tenant improvement project for Illinois Action for Children, transforming an existing space into a modern, functional office facility designed around the client’s daily operations.

The project began with the demolition of the existing layout, followed by a complete interior buildout that included new flooring, carpet, ceilings, lighting, glass partitions, curtain wall systems, private offices, meeting rooms, lounge areas, cubicles, and a glass vestibule.

Our team built out a workplace that supports both open collaboration and private work areas, with a layout designed to meet the needs of staff, visitors, and day-to-day office use. The finished space included a mix of workstations, conference areas, enclosed offices, and shared common spaces, giving the client a professional and efficient environment.
