Complete Care at The Boulevard – Nursing Home Renovation

Expert Building Maintenance completed a multi-area renovation at Complete Care at The Boulevard, a nursing home located at 5905 W Washington Blvd in Chicago, Illinois.

This project focused on transforming key common areas of the facility while keeping resident safety, durability, and daily operations in mind. Our scope included 2nd floor corridor renovations, a custom nurses' station with millwork, lounge and activity room upgrades, elevator renovations, and lobby improvements.

The 2nd floor hallway renovation included new flooring, fresh wall and door painting, ceiling tile replacement, upgraded light fixtures, new exit signs, wall protection, door protection, handrails, signage, and corner guards. These upgrades helped create a cleaner, safer, and more modern environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

In the resident lounge and activity room, EBM installed new flooring, painted walls, doors, and radiators, added wall protection, installed new shades and cornices, completed custom millwork cabinetry, and installed a wallpaper mural to create a more welcoming and comfortable space. The lobby renovation included a new wall base, ceiling tiles, updated lighting, new door protectors, and a new countertop at the nurses' station.

Our team worked closely with the building throughout the project to complete the renovation with minimal disruption to residents, staff, and day-to-day nursing home operations.
